Nouveau projet "équipe mobile santé précarité" d'Interlogement93

Interlogement93 s’est portée candidate dans le cadre du projet de création d’Equipes Mobiles Santé Précarité [1] et le projet proposé a été retenu par l’Agence Régionale de Santé.
L’équipe, composée de 2 infirmières et 1 travailleur social, travaillera dans la continuité des actions de santé déjà en cours depuis 2019 - à savoir la construction de parcours de soins et d’hébergements durables et adaptés pour les publics présentant des problématiques de santé [2] - et contribuera à développer de nouveaux projets d’aller-vers et de soutien aux structures du territoire.
Ce projet sera déployé le premier trimestre 2022, en collaboration avec les autres lauréats du département (Groupe-Sos, Groupement Abri et Aurore).
Déjà très mobilisée sur le sujet de la santé, Interlogement93 est désormais identifiée comme un acteur essentiel du territoire sur les questions de coordination de parcours et souhaite poursuivre les liens entre les acteurs du sanitaire et du social grâce à cette nouvelle équipe.
